Woodward Conference Center offers over 33,000 square feet of rental space suitable for many different types of events. The main exhibit hall can host up to 650 guests in a banquet setting at round tables, or 900 in lecture style seating. The hall also divides into 3 separate rooms with separate audio visual capabilities for medium sized events. We have a large dance floor, staging and specialist lighting all available to hire.

In addition we have 3 meeting rooms which will hold up to 70 dependent on the usage and layout required. The main concourse and patio are also available to hire for an event preferring an outdoor or more open setting. There is a catering kitchen available to rent along with dishes, glasses, and flatware.

We have experience of planning and executing a wide variety of events including: trade shows, seminars, annual conventions, safety meetings, family reunions and parties, weddings, banquets, customer appreciation events, job fairs, receptions, movie premieres, fundraisers, board meetings, public meetings and training programs.
