Experience

Sandi Liles returned to Woodward in 1980 while working for Southwestern Bell Telephone / AT&T as the Community Relations Manager.  She then managed a claims processing center for Mutual of Omaha for 21 years before joining the staff at High Plains Technology Center in 2012.  Sandi is currently the Director of Human Resources at HPTC.

Sandi has been active throughout her career in various community organizations, boards and nonprofits.  

Personal Life

Sandi is a graduate of Woodward High School and has her Bachelor’s degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.  She is a member of the First Christian Church of Woodward and serves as a Deacon.  She has one daughter and two granddaughters.
